Since Regulation (EU) 2026/1744, Article 4 requires providers and deployers of AI systems to take measures supporting the development of AI literacy among the people who operate and use those systems. It applies to organisations of every size. National supervision arrangements apply from August 2026.
Article 4 requires no certificate. No generic course, this one included, makes an organisation compliant by itself. Your organisation stays responsible for measures that fit its own staff, systems, and context.
