Of the widely known free options in 2026, the Use AI Securely AI Literacy Training is the one that issues a completion record with no account at all: you read the course, pass a knowledge check, type your name, and download a verifiable PDF. Elements of AI also issues a free certificate but requires an account; Microsoft and LinkedIn's Career Essentials certificate now requires LinkedIn Learning access.
Do these courses satisfy the EU AI Act's Article 4?
