[ Use AI Securely ]

[ For teams · self-service · free ]

Train your whole team this month. Without a single sales call.

The EU AI Act asks organisations that use AI to take measures supporting AI literacy among their staff. This course is a measure you can deploy this afternoon: share a link, set a deadline, collect verifiable completion records. There is nothing to buy and nobody to talk to.

[ Step 1 ]

Share the link

Send useaisecurely.com/course to your team. No accounts to create, no seats to buy, no vendor onboarding. Anyone with a browser can start immediately, on any device.

[ Step 2 ]

Set a deadline

The course takes about one hour. A two-week window works well for most teams: long enough for busy calendars, short enough to actually happen.

[ Step 3 ]

Collect the PDFs

Everyone who passes the knowledge check downloads a PDF completion record. Ask people to send theirs to whoever keeps your training roster. Each record carries a verification code you can check on this site at any time.

[ Step 4 ]

Keep your own roster

Keep a simple list of who completed the course and when, alongside your organisation's other AI measures: which tools are approved, for which data, and any role-specific training. The records support your documentation; the measures remain yours.

Subject: AI literacy training, about 1 hour, by [date]

Hi all,

We are rolling out a short AI literacy training for everyone who uses AI tools at work (which, in practice, is everyone). It is a free, self-service course: no account needed, about an hour, readable on any device.

Please complete it by [date]: read the six chapters at useaisecurely.com/course, pass the short final quiz, and send the PDF completion record it gives you to [name/inbox].

Thanks!

The honest fine print

This course provides a general AI literacy baseline. It does not by itself make your organisation compliant with Article 4 or anything else: your organisation stays responsible for measures appropriate to its own staff, AI systems, and context, such as tool-specific rules and role-specific training (see the Article 4 explainer). Completion records carry self-declared names; identity is not independently verified. If you need to check a record someone hands you, verify it here.

The course is published by Better ISMS, the team behind ISMS Copilot, heyGRC, and ISMS Directory. It is free because AI literacy should be; if your organisation also needs help with ISO 27001, SOC 2, or GDPR compliance, that is what we do for a living.
