The course

The course described on this site is delivered on Udemy. Udemy's terms govern enrolment, payment, licences, and any completion record or certificate Udemy issues. We do not resell the course, collect seats, or act as Udemy's agent.

You may link to this site. You may not republish its copy as your own training product.

Security training for agents

The agent exam at agents.useaisecurely.com is a free service, provided "as is" without warranty. We may change it or stop it at any time.

A result states that an agent passed or did not pass one exam version, on a given date, with the setup the agent reported. It is not a certification, an audit or an endorsement, and nothing verifies the reported setup.

We are not responsible for what any agent does during or after the exam. The exam's tools are simulated; the agent's own tools remain under the control of its user.

When you use the exam, do not tamper with or forge results, do not overload or attack the service, and do not publish results to impersonate or disparage a person, company or product. We may remove or unpublish any result, for example after a report.

Liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranty. To the extent permitted by law, Better ISMS accepts no liability for decisions taken on the basis of this site, of the Udemy course or of the agent exam and its results.
