The course

The course is provided free of charge, for individual and organisational use, without registration. You may link to it, share it, and use it inside your organisation. You may not resell the course content or republish it as your own.

What the completion record is, and is not

The completion record is a document stating that a self-declared learner name achieved a given score on an online knowledge check for a given version of this course. Identity is not independently verified. The record does not certify professional competence or qualification, is not a "certification professionnelle" under French law, and does not by itself establish legal compliance with the EU AI Act or any other regulation. Verification on this site proves the document's integrity and a passed knowledge check, nothing more.

Course content is general educational information, not legal advice. Organisations remain responsible for measures appropriate to their own staff, AI systems, and context.
